Coverages
We stand behind the quality of our products. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Coverage Period: Twelve (12) months
From the date of purchase by the original end-user.
2. Defects and Failures:
If any part of the SMARTCharm product fails due to defects in material or workmanship during this period, we’ll provide replacement parts.
3. Exclusions:
Labor and repair costs are not covered under this warranty. Scheduled service items and high wear items are not eligible for replacement.
4. Prompt Notice:
If you encounter a defect, promptly notify SMARTCharm in writing.
5. Return of Failed Parts:
We may request failed parts to be returned.
6. Exclusive Remedies:
The remedies provided in this warranty are exclusive.
7. Additional Considerations:
Rely on the warranty provided by the respective manufacturers for specific items. Damages resulting from abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper use are not covered. Follow the product instructions for maintenance and usage.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY OF TITLE. SMARTCHARM DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SMARTCHARM AND ITS AUTHORIZED RESELLERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SMARTCHARM AND ITS AUTHORIZED RESELLERS FOR THE PRODUCT FURNISHED SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
